Bakkie-Liner : This is a waterbased coating used to line the loading bins of bakkies, trucks and light vehicles. It can be used to protect the bins against the natural elements due to its textured finish once applied. This product can be applied by brush, by roller (preferably use textured roller) or by using the relevant spray-gun. [the brush-on product can be applied as listed above but the spray-on product is advisable to only spray on].
Stonechip : This is a waterbased coating similar to bakkie-liner but it has a more rough and textured finish than bakkie-liner. You are able to use this product on trailers (sides & fronts for example) and on the underside of bumpers. This product can be applied by brush, by roller (preferably use textured roller) or by using the relevant spray-gun.
Gravel-guard : This product differs from the above mentioned in that it is solvent based. It is a very durable product that can be applied to similar surfaces to which you would apply stonechip, such as vehicle valences, bumpers, etc. It only comes in a spray can, there isn’t another way to apply it. You are able to paint over this once it has dried.
Sure Tex : “Sure Tex is a unique blend of flexible materials designed to be used for retexturing repaired areas on padded dashboards, instrument panels, consoles, vinyl roofs and bumper covers, etc.” It is solvent based too and it comes in a spray can just like gravel-guard. It is manufactured by the same company that produces the above mentioned Gravel-guard.
